Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use LiveMarket. If you use LiveMarket for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
Provide truthful, current account and profile information. Keep login credentials confidential, use your own account, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
LiveMarket’s marketplace role
LiveMarket helps people and businesses who need local services (Posters) connect with people or businesses offering those services (Pros). Unless LiveMarket expressly states otherwise for a specific service, the Poster and Pro—not LiveMarket—form the agreement for the job.
Pros choose whether to offer, what price to propose, and what timing to propose. LiveMarket does not promise that a task will receive an offer, that a Pro will be selected, or that a Pro will receive work or earnings. The service may provide profiles, reviews, reporting tools, or other information, but users must make their own decisions; we do not claim blanket vetting, licensing, insurance, or suitability checks.
Tasks, offers, and job changes
Posters must describe the requested work, location, access conditions, timing, known hazards, budget, and material requirements accurately. Pros must make accurate offers and identify material qualifications, limitations, or conditions relevant to the work.
Before work starts, the Poster and Pro should confirm the scope, price, timing, materials, access, and who is responsible for purchases or permits. Any material change should be mutually agreed and, when a payment flow is available, clearly reflected before an additional charge.
Posters are responsible for lawful and reasonably safe site access. Pros are responsible for performing work safely and lawfully and for maintaining any licenses, permits, registrations, insurance, or specialized qualifications required for the particular service and location.
Payment Terms
Real payments occur only when LiveMarket presents a payment flow that identifies the amount and asks for confirmation. Illustrative examples, demo balances, labels such as pending or protected, and test payment records do not move money or prove that funds have been charged, held, insured, or paid out.
When a real payment flow is offered, you authorize only the charges, platform fees, taxes, and mutually agreed job changes clearly disclosed before confirmation. A Pro’s service charge and any separate LiveMarket platform fee must be identified separately when applicable; no fee rate is promised in these Terms.
An authorization hold reserves available funds but is not necessarily a completed charge. A completed charge transfers the transaction for settlement. The actual service may use a third-party payment provider and may require identity, payout, or tax information only when shown in that flow. LiveMarket does not promise escrow, deposit insurance, PCI certification, instant payout, or any automatic release schedule.
Job-completion or dispute status, provider review, and payment-provider settlement may affect when an eligible payout becomes available. Taxes are the responsibility of the party legally required to report or pay them. Receipts and available transaction records will reflect the payment flow used.
For payment errors, duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or disputes, contact support with the task or payment reference and a description. Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, or government identification numbers. Cardholder, issuer, chargeback, and statutory consumer rights remain available.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Before a Pro accepts a task, the Poster may cancel the request without a cancellation fee unless a different condition was clearly disclosed and accepted before booking. After acceptance but before work begins, any refund or amount due is assessed from the agreed scope, disclosed pre-purchase conditions, documented approved costs, and applicable law.
If work has begun or part of the service has been performed, the parties should document completed work, materials, approved expenses, and the reason for cancellation. If a Pro cancels or does not arrive as agreed, that fact will be considered in assessing any amount due or refund. Quality or scope disputes are reviewed using the task record, communications, agreed changes, and optional evidence.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges should be reported promptly. No cancellation fee applies unless it was clearly disclosed and accepted before booking. LiveMarket does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or guarantee a refund before reviewing relevant facts.
Submit a request to support@getlivemarket.com with the task or payment reference, a short description, and optional supporting evidence. Never send a password, full card number, bank credential, or Social Security number. If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider and financial-institution processing. Contacting LiveMarket does not limit your right to contact your card issuer or exercise applicable consumer rights.
User content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of task descriptions, offers, profile information, photos, messages, reviews, and other content you create, subject to the rights of others.
You give LiveMarket a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, format, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the marketplace, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the content is deleted except for necessary backups, legal retention, or content already shared with others as part of a transaction.
LiveMarket’s branding, software, design, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Livora Ventures Inc. Do not copy, reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape, overload, probe, or misuse the service, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Reports, moderation, and account action
We may review reports and relevant account or transaction information, remove content, limit features, suspend access, or close accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or secure the service. Action may be taken without advance notice when urgent safety, fraud, or security concerns require it.
Decisions are based on the information reasonably available and do not guarantee a particular outcome. You may ask for review or provide context by contacting support@getlivemarket.com. We do not promise continuous monitoring or a 24/7 response.
Third-party services
LiveMarket may depend on third parties for hosting, identity or login services, email, notifications, file storage, maps or location functions, and—if enabled—payment processing. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use their services. LiveMarket is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Beta availability and changes
LiveMarket is in private testing in select areas. Features, geographic availability, workflows, and service limits may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Do not rely on test labels, sample screens, or planned features as a promise that a commercial feature is available.
We may update these Terms prospectively. We will post the updated draft or operative terms with a revised date and provide any additional notice or consent required by law. Changes do not retroactively authorize new charges.
Warranties, responsibility, and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LiveMarket is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of user content, the quality or legality of a job, that parties will perform as promised, or any particular outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, Livora Ventures Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from another user’s conduct, a third-party service, or use of the marketplace. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or waives mandatory consumer, payment, privacy, employment, or other statutory rights.
